The sixth edition of the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Programme (TEEP), which will provide 1,000 startups with training, mentorship and US$5,000 in funding is now open.
Blockchain startups and entrepreneurs that wish to benefit from this programme are encouraged to apply via this link.
The multilingual Application Portal is open on TEFConnect.com, the digital networking platform for African entrepreneurs, from January 1 to March 1, 2020.
Successful applicants will receive:
- 12 weeks of intensive online training
- Access to a world-class mentor
- $5,000 USD in seed capital to prove the concept plus access to further funding.
- Access to the TEF network of startups
The TEF Entrepreneurship Programme is open to startup entrepreneurs, with innovative business ideas or businesses that have been in existence for less than 3 years, in any sector, from across Africa

is a 10-year, US$100 million commitment to identify, train, mentor and fund 10,000 African entrepreneurs by 2024.
In 2019, 3,050 African entrepreneurs benefited from the Programme
So far the programme has empowered 9,000 African entrepreneurs by connecting them and enabling them to network with high profile private and public investors and advocates helping them boost their business profiles and scale opportunities.
According to the Tony Elumelu Foundation:
