Telegram has announced that its crypto service, Wallet, has expanded into Kenya and Uganda after a successful pilot test.
The new Telegram P2P marketplace now supports Kenya Shilling (KES) and the Ugandan Shilling (UGX) with a 2 weeks offering of fee coverage on all sell ads for merchants in these countries.
The zero fees opportunity now affords merchants the opportunity to build up their portfolio and establish themselves similar to Binance P2P and other P2P platforms that came before.
To access the service, simply go to your Telegram app and search for ‘Wallet’ and navigate as shown below:
1.) Click on the ‘Join Wallet P2P Market Now’
2.) Choose from the two options ‘Buy’ and ‘Sell’ as shown below from the new interface
3.) Click ‘Buy’ to view the available ads from merchants
4.) Click ‘Sell’ to view the list of merchants you can sell your crypto to
5.) Click on the ‘FAQ’ option to learn more about the platform
