Duties of an ambassador
- Familiarizing with the FTX mission, vision, and goals.
- Referring users to the exchange to build up your referred volume
- Working closely with the marketing team to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Educating users on FTX features and products.
- Creating contents to drive brand awareness and attract new users.
- Building relationships with crypto traders in their various communities.
- Representing the FTX at crypto events.
- Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
- Creating and growing a local community for FTX on telegram or preferred chat app; added advantage if already have an existing community.
- Maintaining a positive image of the FTX brand at all times.
- Monitoring customer’s feedback and relay complaints to FTX team
