Currently, Airtel Africa operates in 14 countries in Africa, primarily in East, West, and Central Africa.
Airtel is the third mobile operator in the world. On the other hand, WorldRemit enables its users to send money online from 50 countries to over 150 countries worldwide.
The partnership will see users of Airtel money across seven African countries receive and send money instantly. These countries currently include:
